Our Services
Assessment and Pre-Training Program for Trials
The service will be provided by our partner Propel Sports. They have invested in a practitioner from Manchester City FC who has over 10 years’ experience working in elite football nurturing the best talents in world football and sharpening the performance of premier league players.
The program is required to determine where the athlete is physically prior to going on trials to ensure peak performance at the trials.
The Program includes:
Whole-body movement assessment
6-week Program based on the assessment to address imbalances and improve function
Analysis of the player and providing future recommendations
Program Follow up - after 6 weeks, a full follow up of the players results from the program
